About Us

Advanced Technical Support, Inc. has been providing software and hardware solutions for over 22 years. Eight years ago we developed a ground breaking novel application to improve care for oncology patients being treated in the Community Oncology Setting.

Patients were supplied a Motion Computing TabletPC before their visit with the oncologist. The tablet administered a patient survey which assesses a broad range of symptoms. The data was then transmitted to an EMR while a report automatically printed at the Physician's personal pod. The physician was then able to review patient reported symptoms making the encounter much more productive.

We know how precious space is, especially in the clinical environment. That is why we have introduced our new Wall mounting kit for the RDC5M. It not only saves space, but provides an extra layer of security.

A great software application however, was only part of the story.

Physician offices are a very busy and crowded place. The front desk is very rushed and they have very little space and even less free time. In order for this solution to be successful in a real-life setting, we knew we needed a strategy to insure that the tablets were always charged, ready, and secure…and as important…didn’t get in the way.

Tablets needed to become a part of the office workflow and become "standard equipment" in the physician's office…it sounds simpler than it is. We conceived of a docking station that could both integrate into the environment and facilitate seamless issuing and retrieval of TablePCs to patients...and that is how ReadyDock™ was born.

ReadyDock™ is now in its 4th generation. Originally conceived for ambulatory care, the ReadyDock™ C5 has been especially designed for the hospital environment.
